December 29, 2025 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Calcorp Limited has approved a set of proposed amendments to the company’s constitutional documents, including a change in the company’s name and revisions to its business objectives.

In a to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Monday, the company said its board meeting considered changes to the Memorandum and Articles of Association.

The board resolved to recommend to shareholders the change in the company’s name, alteration of the object clause in the Memorandum of Association, along with other amendments to the Articles of Association.

Calcorp said an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) will be convened in due course to seek the necessary approval from shareholders.
