LSE Ventures obtains Corporate Restructuring Company license from SECP

January 28, 2026 (MLN): LSE Ventures Limited (PSX:LSEVL) has received a Corporate Restructuring Company license from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan.

The newly granted license enables LSE Ventures Limited to acquire non-performing assets of financial institutions and restructure, reorganize, revive, and liquidate distressed companies or their businesses, according to the company's statement issued today.

The company has initiated discussions with several financial and banking entities regarding the acquisition of distressed and non-performing loan companies.

Management expects this segment to become a major contributor to its bottom-line performance going forward.

The development marks a strategic expansion for LSE Ventures Limited into the corporate restructuring space, allowing it to capitalize on opportunities in the distressed assets market.
