Registrar Services Limited confirmed total applications of 8,453,500 ordinary
shares, exceeding the 5,000,000-share issue size by a factor of 1.7, according
to the company’s on PSX.
The offering drew 1,486 total applications across all share
categories, with a combined subscription value of Rs. 84,535,000. The largest
share of demand came from investors applying for above 2,000 shares, who
submitted 224 applications representing 7,349,000 shares worth Rs. 73,490,000.
