May 06, 2026 (MLN): Pakistan International Container Terminal Limited (PSX:PICT) has received notification confirming the approval of a shareholding transfer, with shares in InnoVest Mauritius Limited now duly registered in the name of Sea Link Group Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws of Seychelles.

The approval was received from the Registrar of Companies, Mauritius on April 28th, 2026, according to the company’s on PSX.

The Company Secretary of PICT has been formally notified and requested to update the company's statutory registers, disclosures, and corporate records in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Sea Link Group Ltd's registration as shareholder of InnoVest Mauritius Limited marks a significant corporate development, with PICT now tasked with reflecting the change across all relevant compliance documentation.
