May 12, 2026 (MLN): Blessed Textiles Limited's (PSX:BTL)  board has approved a Rs200 million investment in 12 Jacquard Machines for its Weaving Unit-II as part of a balancing, modernization and replacement (BMR) process, with long-term bank financing to be arranged for the purchase.

The decision was made unanimously at the board meeting held on May 12, 2026, in Karachi.

The company also deferred its proposed installation of a 2.0 MW solar power system for the time being.

The aforementioned was disseminated through a notification to Exchange.
