June 02, 2026 (MLN): Pak Leather Crafts Limited (PSX: PAKL) has entered into a new agreement with another party for the vacant building, with rent becoming effective from August 01, 2026.

Earlier, vide its letter dated November 13, 2026, it was stated that for better utilization of the vacant building, the property was let out on a monthly rental basis.

However, it further noted that the previous tenant vacated the premises before completion of the agreed term due to its own reasons.
