پاکستان اسٹاک ایکسچینج لمیٹڈ (PSX) نے اپنے شیئر ہولڈرز کو مطلع کیا ہے کہ 6 اکتوبر 2026 کو منعقدہ سالانہ عام اجلاس (AGM) میں منظور شدہ 1 روپے فی شیئر (10 فیصد) حتمی کیش ڈیویڈنڈ متعلقہ شیئر ہولڈرز کے بینک اکاؤنٹس میں الیکٹرانک طریقے سے منتقل کر دیا گیا ہے۔

جن شیئر ہولڈرز کی ڈیویڈنڈ کی رقم قانونی یا ریگولیٹری تقاضوں کی وجہ سے روکی گئی ہے، وہ متعلقہ رکاوٹیں دور ہونے پر اپنی رقم کا دعویٰ کر سکتے ہیں۔ شیئر ہولڈرز سنٹرل ڈیپازٹری کمپنی (CDC) کے پورٹل (CCDR) کے ذریعے اپنے ڈیویڈنڈ کی تفصیلات دیکھ سکتے ہیں۔
Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited (PSX) has officially informed its shareholders that the final cash dividend of PKR 1 per share (10%), approved at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on October 6, 2026, has been credited into the respective bank accounts of all eligible shareholders via electronic mode.

Dividends for shareholders requiring withholding due to legal or regulatory requirements have been retained accordingly. These shareholders may claim their withheld dividends from PSX upon the resolution of the underlying reasons.
