- CDS کریڈٹ: 80% / 90% شیئرز متعلقہ شیئر ہولڈرز کے Central Depository System (CDS) اکاؤنٹس میں 14 اکتوبر 2026 کو کریڈٹ کر دیے گئے ہیں۔

Bonus Share Credit and Dispatch Notice • October 14, 2026
Clover Pakistan Limited (CLOV) has notified stakeholders regarding the successful credit of bonus shares and the status of physical certificate dispatch:
- CDS Credit: Bonus shares at the rate of 80% / 90% have been credited to the respective shareholder accounts in the Central Depository System (CDS) as of October 14, 2026.
- Withholding Tax: The remaining 10% / 20% of bonus shares, withheld under Section 236Z of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001, will be credited upon receipt of the applicable withholding tax.
- Physical Dispatch: Physical bonus share certificates are scheduled for dispatch to shareholders after October 21, 2026, subject to the completion of all regulatory formalities and receipt of applicable taxes.
Investor Note: The distribution of these shares follows standard regulatory procedures for both electronic and physical holdings.
