بینک آف پنجاب (BOP) نے اعلان کیا ہے کہ بینک کے بورڈ آف ڈائریکٹرز کا اجلاس 26 اکتوبر 2026 کو لاہور میں منعقد ہوگا۔

اجلاس کے اہم نکات:

مقصد: 30 ستمبر 2026 کو ختم ہونے والی تیسری سہ ماہی کے غیر آڈٹ شدہ مالی گوشواروں پر غور کرنا۔
کلوزڈ پیریڈ: PSX رولز کے تحت، 16 اکتوبر 2026 سے 26 اکتوبر 2026 تک 'کلوزڈ پیریڈ' کا اعلان کیا گیا ہے۔
اس عرصے کے دوران، بینک کے ڈائریکٹرز، چیئرمین، سی ای او، اور ایگزیکٹوز براہ راست یا بالواسطہ طور پر BOP کے شیئرز کی تجارت نہیں کر سکیں گے۔

یہ اعلان پاکستان اسٹاک ایکسچینج (PSX) کے ضوابط کی تعمیل میں جاری کیا گیا ہے۔

Board Meeting Notice • September 30, 2026

The Bank of Punjab (BOP) has formally announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled for Monday, October 26, 2026, in Lahore.

Meeting Highlights:

Purpose: To consider the Un-Audited Financial Statements of the Bank for the 3rd quarter ended September 30, 2026.
Closed Period: In compliance with PSX Rule 5.6.4, a 'Closed Period' has been declared from October 16, 2026, to October 26, 2026 (both days inclusive).
Trading Restrictions: During the Closed Period, the Chairman, CEO, Directors, and Executives are prohibited from dealing in the shares of BOP, directly or indirectly.

This notice serves to inform TRE Certificate-holders and the market regarding the upcoming board proceedings and regulatory quiet period.
