پریمیم ٹیکسٹائل ملز لمیٹڈ (Premium Textile Mills Limited) نے پاکستان اسٹاک ایکسچینج کو مطلع کیا ہے کہ کمپنی کے بورڈ آف ڈائریکٹرز کا اجلاس 28 اکتوبر 2026 کو صبح 11:00 بجے کراچی میں منعقد ہوگا۔
اجلاس کا مقصد:
- 30 ستمبر 2026 کو ختم ہونے والی سہ ماہی کے لیے مالیاتی نتائج پر غور کرنا۔
- کسی بھی ممکنہ منافع (Entitlement) کے اعلان پر غور کرنا۔
کلوزڈ پیریڈ (Closed Period):
کمپنی نے 20 اکتوبر 2026 سے 28 اکتوبر 2026 تک کلوزڈ پیریڈ کا اعلان کیا ہے۔ اس دوران کمپنی کے ڈائریکٹرز اور متعلقہ افراد کے لیے حصص (Shares) کی خرید و فروخت پر پابندی ہوگی۔

Meeting Agenda:
- To consider the quarterly financial results for the period ended September 30, 2026.
- To consider the declaration of any entitlement (dividend, bonus, or rights).
Closed Period:
The company has declared a Closed Period from October 20, 2026, to October 28, 2026. During this timeframe, no directors, CEO, or executives may deal in the shares of the company, as per PSX Regulation 5.6.4.
