فرسٹ آئی بی ایل مضاربہ نے پاکستان اسٹاک ایکسچینج کو مطلع کیا ہے کہ کمپنی کی انتظامیہ (IBL Modaraba Management (Pvt.) Limited) کے بورڈ آف ڈائریکٹرز کا اجلاس منگل، 27 اکتوبر 2026 کو صبح 11:00 بجے لاہور میں منعقد ہوگا۔

  • 30 جون 2026 کو ختم ہونے والے سال کے مالیاتی گوشواروں کا جائزہ اور منظوری۔
  • چیئر کی اجازت سے دیگر کاروباری امور۔
کلوزڈ پیریڈ (Closed Period): کمپنی نے 19 اکتوبر 2026 سے 27 اکتوبر 2026 تک 'کلوزڈ پیریڈ' کا اعلان کیا ہے۔ اس دوران کوئی بھی ڈائریکٹر، سی ای او یا ایگزیکٹو مضاربہ کے سرٹیفکیٹس میں براہ راست یا بالواسطہ لین دین نہیں کر سکے گا۔
