اٹک پیٹرولیم لمیٹڈ (APL) نے 19 اکتوبر 2026 کو منعقدہ اپنی 31 ویں سالانہ جنرل میٹنگ (AGM) کے فیصلوں کا اعلان کیا ہے۔
- فائنل کیش ڈیویڈنڈ: 400٪ (40 روپے فی شیئر) کی منظوری دی گئی، جو پہلے ادا کردہ 200٪ (20 روپے فی شیئر) عبوری ڈیویڈنڈ کے علاوہ ہے۔
- آڈیٹرز: M/s A. F. Ferguson & Co. چارٹرڈ اکاؤنٹنٹس کو دوبارہ بطور آڈیٹر مقرر کیا گیا ہے۔
- مالیاتی گوشوارے: 30 جون 2026 کو ختم ہونے والے مالی سال کے آڈٹ شدہ مالیاتی گوشواروں، ڈائریکٹرز اور آڈیٹر کی رپورٹس کی منظوری دی گئی۔

- Final Cash Dividend: Shareholders approved a final cash dividend of 400% (PKR 40.00 per share) in addition to the 200% (PKR 20.00 per share) interim dividend already paid, totaling 600% (PKR 60.00 per share) for the year ended June 30, 2026.
- Financial Statements: Audited financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2026, along with Directors' and Auditor’s Reports, were formally adopted.
- Auditor Appointment: M/s A. F. Ferguson & Co. Chartered Accountants were re-appointed as auditors for the upcoming year, with remuneration to be fixed by the CEO.
