گھنی گلوبل گلاس لمیٹڈ نے کمپنیز ایکٹ 2017 کے سیکشن 159(4) کے تحت اپنے ڈائریکٹرز کے انتخاب کا نوٹس جاری کیا ہے۔ کمپنی نے اعلان کیا ہے کہ درج ذیل سات افراد کو 31 اکتوبر 2026 سے شروع ہونے والی تین سالہ مدت کے لیے بطور ڈائریکٹر منتخب کیا گیا ہے:

- Hafiz Farooq Ahmad
- Mr. Abdullah Ahmed
- Syed Sibtul Hassan Gilani
- Mr. Asim Mahmud
- Mrs. Saima Shafi Rana (Independent Director)
- Sheikh Muhammad Saleem Ahsan (Independent Director)
یہ تقرری 27 اکتوبر 2026 کو شیڈول سالانہ جنرل میٹنگ (AGM) کے تناظر میں کی گئی ہے۔ چونکہ امیدواروں کی تعداد بورڈ کی طرف سے مقرر کردہ ڈائریکٹرز کی تعداد سے زیادہ نہیں ہے، اس لیے ان تمام افراد کو بلامقابلہ منتخب تصور کیا جائے گا۔
Ghani Global Glass Limited has issued a notice under Section 159(4) of the Companies Act, 2017, regarding the election of its Board of Directors. The following seven individuals have been proposed and deemed elected for a three-year term commencing October 31, 2026:
- Mr. Atique Ahmad Khan
- Hafiz Farooq Ahmad
- Mr. Abdullah Ahmed
- Syed Sibtul Hassan Gilani
- Mr. Asim Mahmud
- Mrs. Saima Shafi Rana (Independent Director)
- Sheikh Muhammad Saleem Ahsan (Independent Director)
The election process is in conjunction with the Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for October 27, 2026. As the number of candidates who have offered themselves for election does not exceed the number of Directors fixed by the Board under Section 159(1), these seven individuals are deemed to be elected as Directors of the company.
