ایئر لنک کمیونیکیشن لمیٹڈ نے کمپنیز ایکٹ 2017 کے سیکشن 159(4) کے تحت اپنے ڈائریکٹرز کے انتخاب کے لیے نوٹس جاری کیا ہے۔ کمپنی کا 13 واں سالانہ جنرل اجلاس 27 اکتوبر 2026 کو لاہور میں منعقد ہوگا۔

کمپنی نے وضاحت کی ہے کہ چونکہ امیدواروں کی تعداد بورڈ کی طرف سے مقرر کردہ نشستوں سے زیادہ نہیں ہے، اس لیے یہ ساتوں افراد 28 اکتوبر 2026 سے تین سال کی مدت کے لیے بلا مقابلہ ڈائریکٹر منتخب تصور کیے جائیں گے۔
Air Link Communication Limited has issued a notice under Section 159(4) of the Companies Act, 2017, regarding the election of directors for the upcoming term. The 13th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for October 27, 2026, in Lahore.

The company confirmed that as the number of candidates is equal to the number of seats fixed by the Board, these seven individuals shall be deemed elected for a three-year term effective from October 28, 2026.
