فرسٹ آئی بی ایل مضاربہ (First IBL Modaraba) کی انتظامیہ نے اعلان کیا ہے کہ کمپنی کے بورڈ آف ڈائریکٹرز کا اجلاس بدھ، 28 اکتوبر 2026 کو صبح 11:00 بجے T-29، گلبرگ-II، لاہور میں منعقد ہوگا۔
اجلاس کا بنیادی مقصد 30 ستمبر 2026 کو ختم ہونے والی سہ ماہی کے مالیاتی نتائج کا جائزہ لینا اور ان کی منظوری دینا ہے۔

Board Meeting Notice
First IBL Modaraba (via its management company, IBL Modaraba Management (Pvt.) Limited) has notified the Pakistan Stock Exchange that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled for Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at T-29, Gulberg-II, Lahore.
The primary agenda for the meeting is to review and approve the financial statements of First IBL Modaraba for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
Closed Period:
The company has declared a 'Closed Period' from October 20, 2026, to October 28, 2026 (both days inclusive). During this period, no Director, CEO, or Executive shall directly or indirectly deal in the certificates of First IBL Modaraba, in compliance with PSX Rule Book Clause 5.6.4.
