الائیڈ بینک لمیٹڈ نے پاکستان اسٹاک ایکسچینج کو مطلع کیا ہے کہ بینک کے بورڈ آف ڈائریکٹرز کا اجلاس 29 اکتوبر 2026 کو لاہور میں منعقد ہوگا۔

اجلاس کے اہم نکات
  • مقصد: 30 ستمبر 2026 کو ختم ہونے والی سہ ماہی کے مالیاتی گوشواروں پر غور اور ممکنہ منافع (Entitlement) کا اعلان۔
  • کلوزڈ پیریڈ: 21 اکتوبر 2026 سے 29 اکتوبر 2026 تک (دونوں دن شامل)۔
  • اس مدت کے دوران بینک کے ڈائریکٹرز، سی ای او اور ایگزیکٹوز بینک کے شیئرز کی خرید و فروخت نہیں کر سکیں گے۔

یہ اطلاع ریگولیٹری تقاضوں کے مطابق دی گئی ہے تاکہ شیئرز کی ٹریڈنگ میں شفافیت برقرار رہے۔

نوٹ: سرمایہ کاروں کو مشورہ دیا جاتا ہے کہ وہ بورڈ میٹنگ کے نتائج کے بعد جاری ہونے والی باضابطہ پریس ریلیز کا انتظار کریں۔

  • Purpose: To consider the 3rd Quarterly Financial Statements for the period ended September 30, 2026, and to deliberate on any potential dividend or other entitlements.
  • Closed Period: The bank has declared a "Closed Period" from October 21, 2026, to October 29, 2026 (both days inclusive).
  • Trading Restriction: Directors, CEO, and Executives are prohibited from dealing in the shares of the Bank, directly or indirectly, during this period as per PSX Regulations 5.6.4.
