Quantum Data Technologies Limited نے پاکستان اسٹاک ایکسچینج (PSX) کو مطلع کیا ہے کہ کمپنی کے بورڈ آف ڈائریکٹرز کا اجلاس 30 اکتوبر 2026 کو دوپہر 04:00 بجے کمپنی کے رجسٹرڈ آفس، لاہور میں منعقد ہوگا۔
اجلاس کے اہم مقاصد:
- 30 ستمبر 2026 کو ختم ہونے والی پہلی سہ ماہی (Q1 FY27) کے مالیاتی گوشواروں پر غور کرنا۔
- کمپنی کے دیگر معمول کے امور کو نمٹانا۔
مزید برآں، کمپنی نے PSX ریگولیشن 5.6.4 کے مطابق 20 اکتوبر 2026 سے 30 اکتوبر 2026 تک کلوزڈ پیریڈ کا اعلان کیا ہے۔ اس دوران ڈائریکٹرز اور متعلقہ افراد کمپنی کے حصص کی ٹریڈنگ نہیں کر سکیں گے۔
Quantum Data Technologies Limited has announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors will be held on October 30, 2026, at 04:00 p.m. at the company's registered office in Lahore.
Key Agenda:
- To consider the first quarterly financial results of the company for the period ended September 30, 2026.
- To transact other business of the company.
The company has also declared a Closed Period from October 20, 2026, to October 30, 2026, as required under PSX Regulation 5.6.4, during which period no director or executive shall deal in the shares of the company.
