میکٹر انٹرنیشنل لمیٹڈ نے کمپنی ایکٹ 2017 کے سیکشن 159(4) کے تحت ڈائریکٹرز کے انتخاب کا باضابطہ نوٹس جاری کر دیا ہے۔ 28 اکتوبر 2026 کو شیڈول سالانہ جنرل اجلاس میں نو ڈائریکٹرز کا انتخاب عمل میں لایا جائے گا۔

Macter International Limited has issued a formal notice regarding the election of directors in compliance with Section 159(4) of the Companies Act, 2017. Nine directors are to be elected at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for October 28, 2026, at 1:30 pm in Karachi.
