پاکستان کریڈٹ ریٹنگ ایجنسی (PACRA) نے اعلان کیا ہے کہ کمپنی کے بورڈ آف ڈائریکٹرز کا اجلاس بدھ، 28 اکتوبر 2026 کو سہ پہر 3:00 بجے لاہور میں منعقد ہوگا۔
اجلاس کا مقصد
اجلاس کا بنیادی مقصد 30 ستمبر 2026 کو ختم ہونے والی سہ ماہی کے مالیاتی گوشواروں پر غور کرنا اور کسی بھی ممکنہ منافع (Entitlement) کا اعلان کرنا ہے۔
کلوزڈ پیریڈ (Closed Period)
کمپنی نے PSX ضوابط کے تحت 21 اکتوبر 2026 سے 28 اکتوبر 2026 تک کلوزڈ پیریڈ کا اعلان کیا ہے۔ اس مدت کے دوران، کوئی بھی ڈائریکٹر، سی ای او، یا ایگزیکٹو کمپنی کے حصص کی خرید و فروخت نہیں کر سکے گا۔
The Pakistan Credit Rating Agency Limited (PACRA) has announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors will be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at 3:00 PM at the Company's registered office in Lahore.
Agenda
The Board will review the quarterly financial results for the period ended September 30, 2026, and consider the declaration of any corporate entitlement.
Closed Period
In compliance with Clause 5.6.4 of the PSX Regulations, the company has declared a Closed Period from October 21, 2026, to October 28, 2026 (both days inclusive). During this period, no Director, CEO, or Executive shall deal in the shares of the company in any manner.
