Sanghar Sugar Mills Limited (SSML) has announced that the number of persons who have filed notices to offer themselves for election as directors at the upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM) on October 31, 2026, does not exceed the number of directors fixed by the Board.

- Pursuant to Section 159(4) of the Companies Act, 2017, the following seven candidates are deemed to be elected unopposed: Ms. Misbah, Mr. Mehmood Alam, Engr. M. Abdul Jabbar, Mr. Ghulam Hyder, Haji Khuda Bux Rajar, Mr. Ghulam Dastagir Rajar, and Mr. Muhammad Qasim.
- The term for these directors will commence on November 04, 2026, for a period of three years.
