- Appointment of Auditors: M/s Muniff Ziauddin & Company appointed as statutory auditors for the 2026-2027 term.
- Financing Facilities: Approved obtaining a finance facility of PKR 500 million and a corporate guarantee facility of PKR 3,000 million from the holding company, Mughal Iron & Steel Industries Limited.
