شبیر ٹائلز اینڈ سیرامکس لمیٹڈ (STCL) نے پاکستان اسٹاک ایکسچینج کو مطلع کیا ہے کہ کمپنی کے بورڈ آف ڈائریکٹرز کا اجلاس جمعہ، 30 اکتوبر 2026 کو صبح 11:00 بجے منعقد ہوگا۔
اجلاس کا مقصد
اجلاس کا بنیادی مقصد 30 ستمبر 2026 کو ختم ہونے والی سہ ماہی کے مالیاتی نتائج پر غور کرنا ہے۔
کلوزڈ پیریڈ (Closed Period)
کمپنی نے 23 اکتوبر 2026 سے 30 اکتوبر 2026 تک 'کلوزڈ پیریڈ' کا اعلان کیا ہے، جس کے دوران کمپنی کے ڈائریکٹرز، سی ای او یا ایگزیکٹوز کمپنی کے حصص کی خرید و فروخت نہیں کر سکیں گے۔
Shabbir Tiles & Ceramics Limited (STCL) has formally notified the Pakistan Stock Exchange that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled for Friday, October 30, 2026, at 11:00 AM.
Meeting Purpose
The Board will convene to consider and review the Quarterly Accounts for the period ended September 30, 2026.
Closed Period
In compliance with Rule 5.6.1 (d) of the PSX Rule Book, the Company has declared a Closed Period from October 23, 2026, to October 30, 2026 (both days inclusive). During this period, no Director, CEO, or Executive shall directly or indirectly deal in the shares of the Company.
