بیافو انڈسٹریز لمیٹڈ نے 23 اکتوبر 2026 کو منعقدہ اپنے 38ویں سالانہ جنرل اجلاس میں درج ذیل اہم فیصلوں کی منظوری دی ہے:
- ڈیویڈنڈ: 5.00 روپے فی شیئر (50٪) حتمی کیش ڈیویڈنڈ کی منظوری، جو کہ فروری 2026 میں دیے گئے 2.50 روپے فی شیئر کے عبوری ڈیویڈنڈ کے علاوہ ہے۔ مجموعی طور پر مالی سال 2026 کے لیے 7.50 روپے فی شیئر (75٪) ڈیویڈنڈ دیا گیا ہے۔
- آڈیٹرز: میسرز یوسف عادل، چارٹرڈ اکاؤنٹنٹس کو مالی سال 27-2026 کے لیے بیرونی آڈیٹر مقرر کیا گیا ہے۔
- دیگر: مالی سال 2026 کے مالی گوشواروں، آڈیٹرز اور ڈائریکٹرز کی رپورٹوں کی متفقہ طور پر منظوری دی گئی۔

AGM Resolution Announcement • 23 October 2026
Biafo Industries Ltd held its 38th Annual General Meeting on October 23, 2026, where the following material resolutions were passed:
- Dividend: The members approved a final cash dividend of PKR 5.00 per share (50%). This is in addition to the interim cash dividend of PKR 2.50 per share (25%) declared on February 17, 2026, totaling a dividend of PKR 7.50 per share (75%) for the financial year ended June 30, 2026.
- Financial Accounts: Audited Annual Financial Statements for the year ended June 30, 2026, along with the Auditor's and Director's Reports, were approved and adopted.
- External Auditors: M/s Yousuf Adil, Chartered Accountants, were appointed as external auditors for the financial year 2026-27.
