OLP Modaraba (OLPM) نے پاکستان اسٹاک ایکسچینج کو مطلع کیا ہے کہ بورڈ آف ڈائریکٹرز میں درج ذیل تبدیلیاں کی گئی ہیں:
- چیئرمین و ڈائریکٹر کا استعفیٰ: مسٹر شاہین امین نے OLP Services Pakistan (Private) Limited (OSPL) کی بورڈ آف ڈائریکٹرز سے چیئرمین اور ڈائریکٹر کے عہدوں سے استعفیٰ دے دیا ہے، جو 23 اکتوبر 2026 سے موثر ہے۔
- نئے ڈائریکٹر کی تقرری: مسٹر خالد عزیز مرزا کو بورڈ آف ڈائریکٹرز میں مسٹر شاہین امین کی جگہ ڈائریکٹر مقرر کیا گیا ہے (رجسٹرار مداربہ کمپنیوں سے منظوری سے مشروط)۔
- قائم مقام چیئرمین: بورڈ آف ڈائریکٹرز نے مسٹر یعقوب ستار کو کمپنی کا قائم مقام چیئرمین مقرر کر دیا ہے۔
یہ تبدیلیاں کمپنی کی انتظامی ڈھانچے میں معمول کی ردوبدل کا حصہ ہیں۔

OLP Modaraba (OLPM) has formally notified the Pakistan Stock Exchange regarding key management and board changes within its management company, OLP Services Pakistan (Private) Limited (OSPL):
- Resignation: Mr. Shaheen Amin has resigned as Director and Chairman of the Board, effective October 23, 2026.
- New Appointment: Mr. Khalid Aziz Mirza has been appointed as a Director on the Board in place of Mr. Amin, subject to regulatory approval from the Registrar Modaraba Companies and Modaraba.
- Acting Chairman: The Board has appointed Mr. Yacoob Suttar as the Acting Chairman of OLP Services Pakistan (Private) Limited.
These changes are effective immediately and follow the standard corporate governance procedures for the management company.
