December 04, 2025 (MLN): The benchmark KSE-100 Index concluded Thursday's trading session at 166,283.55, showing an increase of 138.21 points or 0.08%.
The index traded in a range of 950.85 points showing an intraday high of 166,837.10 (+691.76) and a low of 165,886.25 (-259.09) points.
The total volume of the KSE-100 Index was 167.56 million shares.
Of the 100 index companies 50 closed up, 49 closed down, while 1 were unchanged.
Top gainers during the day were SRVI (+10.00%), PTC (+4.95%), BNWM (+4.79%), KTML (+4.79%), and PIOC (+3.84%).
On the other hand, top losers were PSEL (-6.70%), SCBPL (-3.47%), PKGP (-3.40%), KEL (-2.00%), and PGLC (-1.80%).
In terms of index-point contributions, companies that propped up the index were SRVI (+126.28pts), PIOC (+51.01pts), PTC (+41.83pts), ENGROH (+34.78pts), and PPL (+33.97pts).
Meanwhile, companies that dragged the index lower were FFC (-141.35pts), PSEL (-100.30pts), MARI (-36.15pts), UBL (-27.76pts), and MEBL (-26.37pts).

Sector-wise, KSE-100 Index was supported by Cement (+134.92pts), Leather & Tanneries (+126.28pts), Inv. Banks / Inv. Cos. / Securities Cos. (+41.25pts), Textile Composite (+32.65pts), and Oil & Gas Marketing Companies (+31.67pts).
While the index was let down by Fertilizer (-131.13pts), Miscellaneous (-104.96pts), Commercial Banks (-23.16pts), Power Generation & Distribution (-12.25pts), and Food & Personal Care Products (-7.74pts).
In the broader market, the All-Share Index closed at 100,743.06 with a net gain of 177.76 points or 0.18%.
Total market volume was 607.79 million shares compared to 593.08m from the previous session while traded value was recorded at Rs31.22 billion showing a decrease of Rs13.20bn.
There were 316,864 trades reported in 476 companies with 202 closing up, 223 closing down, and 51 remaining unchanged.
