February 06, 2026 (MLN): Hala Enterprises Limited (PSX:HAEL) has successfully completed the installation and operationalization of imported Air Jet weaving machinery.

In continuation of an earlier disclosure dated September 17, 2025, regarding the establishment of a Letter of Credit for importing Air Jet Terry Towel weaving machinery from Shandong Rifa Textile Machinery Co. Ltd., China, the company confirmed that the project has now been fully executed.

The imported Air Jet weaving machines, along with supporting infrastructure including an air-conditioning plant, centralized compressor facility, and newly designated weaving shed, have been fully installed and commissioned, according to the company's statement issued today.

Commercial production from the new machinery has commenced with effect from February 2, 2026, and the machines are operating under normal production conditions.

With the successful commissioning, the company has realized the previously disclosed approximately 75% enhancement in weaving production capacity, enabling improved in-house production capability, operational efficiency, and stronger competitiveness in export markets.

The expansion is expected to positively contribute to the company's future turnover and profitability outlook, while strengthening its productive asset base and supporting long-term shareholder value.

The company confirmed that the funding arrangement previously disclosed remains unchanged, and the project completion has been achieved without creating external financial liabilities.
