February 19, 2026 (MLN): The Islamabad High Court has sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of DH Partners Limited (DHPL) and Cyan Limited with and into Dawood Lawrencepur Limited (DLL).
The court’s order paves the way for the merger of DHPL and
Cyan into Dawood Lawrencepur Limited under the approved Scheme of Amalgamation.

completion of post-sanction procedural requirements as outlined in the Scheme.
