March 03, 2026 (MLN): Unity Foods Limited (PSX:UNITY) has been named as a party in three separate civil proceedings initiated between different sponsors.

The company provided an update on pending matters, clarifying that no adverse order has been passed in any of the aforementioned cases at present.

All cases are pending adjudication before the competent courts and are currently sub judice.

Unity Foods is monitoring the proceedings closely and has committed to making further disclosures if and when required, in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
