فرسٹ ٹریٹ مینوفیکچرنگ مضاربہ (FTMM) نے ٹریٹ پیکجنگ لمیٹڈ (TPL) کے ساتھ انضمام ਦੀ منظوری کے لیے 22 اکتوبر 2026 کو لاہور ہائی کورٹ میں پٹیشن دائر کر دی ہے۔
یہ اقدام سیکورٹیز اینڈ ایکسچینج کمیشن آف پاکستان (SECP) کی جانب سے سکیم آف ارینجمنٹ کے لیے بلامانعت سرٹیفکیٹ (NOC) حاصل کرنے کے بعد سامنے آیا ہے۔ یہ انضمام کارپوریٹ ری سٹرکچرنگ کا حصہ ہے جس کے تحت مضاربہ کو پبلک لمیٹڈ کمپنی میں تبدیل کیا جائے گا۔
کمپنی نے واضح کیا ہے کہ اس ری سٹرکچرنگ سے مضاربہ کی مالی حالت، روزمرہ کے امور یا واجبات پر کوئی فوری اثر نہیں پڑے گا، اور سرٹیفکیٹ ہولڈرز کے حقوق پوری طرح محفوظ رہیں گے۔ عدالت کے حکم پر آگے چل کر سرٹیفکیٹ ہولڈرز اور شیئر ہولڈرز سے منظوری حاصل کی جائے گی۔
First Treet Manufacturing Modaraba (PSX: FTMM) has filed a petition in the Lahore High Court on October 22, 2026, seeking sanction for its merger scheme with Treet Packaging Limited (TPL).
The court filing follows the No-Objection Certificate (NOC) granted by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) earlier this month. The proposed restructuring aims to convert the Modaraba into a Public Limited Company.
The company stated that the merger process will not immediately impact FTMM's financial position, day-to-day operations, or obligations to lenders and creditors. Final approvals from certificate holders and shareholders will be sought via court-directed meetings.
