پاکستان پیٹرولیم لمیٹڈ (PPL) نے 15 ستمبر 2026 کو منعقدہ Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) کے دوران تین سالہ مدت کے لیے نئے ڈائریکٹرز کے انتخاب کا اعلان کیا ہے۔
منتخب شدہ ڈائریکٹرز
- آزاد ڈائریکٹرز: جناب عبدالغنی دادابھائے، جناب داؤد محمد بریچ، جناب لائق احمد، جناب محمد عرفان صدیقی، محترمہ سعدیہ خان، اور جناب شاہد خان۔
- ایکس-آفیشیو ڈائریکٹرز: جناب اکرام اللہ خان، جناب مرزا ناصر الدین مشہود احمد، جناب قمر سرور عباسی، اور جناب شکیل قادر خان۔

Election of Directors at EGM 2026
Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL) has formally notified the Pakistan Stock Exchange regarding the results of the Election of Directors held during the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on 15th September 2026. The elected board will serve a term of three years.
Board Composition
- Independent Directors: Mr. Abdul Ghani Dadabhoy, Mr. Dawood Muhammad Bareach, Mr. Laeeq Ahmed, Mr. Mohammad Irfan Siddiqui, Ms. Sadia Khan, Mr. Shahid Khan.
- Ex-Officio Directors: Mr. Ikramullah Khan, Mr. Mirza Nasir-Ud-Din Mashhood Ahmad, Mr. Qumar Sarwar Abbasi, Mr. Shakeel Qadir Khan.
The election was conducted in accordance with Section 159 of the Companies Act, 2017.
