نیشنل فوڈز لمیٹڈ کے بورڈ آف ڈائریکٹرز نے درج ذیل اہم فیصلوں کا اعلان کیا ہے:
- شیئرز کی تقسیم (Subdivision): کمپنی کے 5 روپے مالیت کے ہر ایک عام حصص (Ordinary Share) کو 1 روپے مالیت کے پانچ حصص میں تقسیم کیا جائے گا۔ اس اقدام سے کمپنی کے ادا شدہ سرمایہ (Paid-up Capital) کی کل مالیت میں کوئی تبدیلی نہیں آئے گی۔
- اے جی ایم (AGM): کمپنی کی 55 ویں سالانہ جنرل میٹنگ پیر، 26 اکتوبر 2026 کو صبح 10:00 بجے بیچ لگژری ہوٹل، کراچی میں منعقد کی جائے گی، جس میں شیئر ہولڈرز کی منظوری لی جائے گی۔
- میمورنڈم میں ترامیم: حصص کی تقسیم اور کمپنیز ایکٹ 2017 کے مطابق میمورنڈم اور آرٹیکلز آف ایسوسی ایشن میں ضروری ترامیم کی جائیں گی۔
