Meeting Agenda
The primary purpose of the meeting is to consider and approve the Annual Audited Financial Statements of the company for the year ended June 30, 2026, and to consider the declaration of any entitlement (dividend, etc.).
Closed Period
In accordance with PSX Regulation 5.6.4, a 'Closed Period' has been declared from September 21, 2026, to September 28, 2026. During this time, the CEO, Directors, and Executives are prohibited from dealing in the company's shares in any manner.
