S.G. Power Limited (SGPL) نے پاکستان سٹاک ایکسچینج کو مطلع کیا ہے کہ کمپنی کے رائٹ شیئرز (53,499,600 شیئرز) مکمل طور پر سبسکرائب ہو چکے ہیں۔
کمپنی نے درخواست کی ہے کہ میزان بینک لمیٹڈ (بینکر ٹو دی ایشو) اور سینٹرل ڈپازٹری کمپنی آف پاکستان لمیٹڈ (CDC) کے حق میں نو آبجیکشن سرٹیفکیٹ (NOC) جاری کیا جائے تاکہ رائٹ شیئرز کی سبسکرپشن کی رقم جاری کی جا سکے۔
مزید برآں، پارکر رسل اے جے ایس (چارٹرڈ اکاؤنٹنٹس) نے اس بات کی تصدیق کی ہے کہ کمپنی کو ڈائریکٹرز، اہم شیئر ہولڈرز اور عوام سے مجموعی طور پر 534,996,000 روپے موصول ہو چکے ہیں۔
S.G. Power Limited (SGPL) has formally requested the Pakistan Stock Exchange to issue a No Objection Certificate (NOC) for the release of subscription funds related to its recent Right Issue.
The company confirmed that all 53,499,600 offered Right Shares have been fully subscribed. The requested NOC will authorize Meezan Bank Limited (Banker to the Issue) and the Central Depository Company of Pakistan (CDC) to release the subscription funds in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Independent certification by Parker Russell-A.J.S. confirms that the full amount of PKR 534,996,000 has been received from directors, major shareholders, and the general public, and is properly recorded in the company's books.
