پیس (پاکستان) لمیٹڈ نے مطلع کیا ہے کہ کمپنی کے بورڈ آف ڈائریکٹرز کا اجلاس جمعہ، 16 اکتوبر 2026 کو دوپہر 12:00 بجے لاہور میں منعقد ہوگا۔

کمپنی نے 9 اکتوبر 2026 سے 16 اکتوبر 2026 تک کلوزڈ پیریڈ کا اعلان کیا ہے۔ اس دوران کمپنی کے ڈائریکٹرز، سی ای او اور ایگزیکٹوز شیئرز کی خرید و فروخت نہیں کر سکتے۔
Pace (Pakistan) Limited has announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors will be held on Friday, 16 October 2026, at 12:00 p.m. in Lahore.
Meeting Details
The board will meet to consider the un-audited quarterly financial accounts of the company for the period ended 30 September 2026 and to discuss potential corporate actions, including any declaration of entitlement.
In compliance with PSX Regulations, the company has declared a 'Closed Period' from 9 October 2026 to 16 October 2026. During this time, directors, the CEO, and executives are prohibited from dealing in the company's shares in any manner.
