- کمپنی اور فرسٹ کیپٹل میوچل فنڈ کے 30 ستمبر 2026 کو ختم ہونے والی سہ ماہی کے غیر آڈٹ شدہ مالیاتی گوشواروں پر غور کرنا۔
- دیگر کارپوریٹ امور پر غور کرنا۔
کلوزڈ پیریڈ (Closed Period)
کمپنی نے لسٹنگ ریگولیشنز کے تحت 9 اکتوبر 2026 سے 16 اکتوبر 2026 تک 'کلوزڈ پیریڈ' کا اعلان کیا ہے۔ اس دوران کوئی بھی ڈائریکٹر، سی ای او یا ایگزیکٹو کسی بھی طرح سے فنڈ کی یونٹس میں لین دین نہیں کر سکتا۔

Key Agenda
- To consider the un-audited quarterly financial accounts of the Company and First Capital Mutual Fund for the period ended 30 September 2026.
- To discuss any other corporate actions.
Closed Period
The Company has declared a 'Closed Period' from 9 October 2026 to 16 October 2026. During this timeframe, no Director, CEO, or Executive shall directly or indirectly deal in the units of the fund in any manner as per PSX Listing Regulations.
