Arif Habib Limited (AHL) has notified the Pakistan Stock Exchange that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled for Friday, October 16, 2026, at 04:00 p.m. at the Arif Habib Centre, Karachi, and via video conferencing.
Purpose of the Meeting:
The primary agenda is to consider and approve the financial accounts for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
Closed Period:
In compliance with Clause 5.6.4 of the PSX Rule Book, the Company has declared a closed period from October 10, 2026, to October 16, 2026 (both days inclusive). During this period, Directors, the CEO, and Executives are restricted from trading in the company's shares.
