Book Closure Notice
The Share Transfer Books will remain closed from October 22, 2026, to October 28, 2026. Only transfers received by the Share Registrar (M/s. THK Associates) before the close of business on October 21, 2026, will be considered for attending the AGM.
Shareholders are also reminded to ensure their CNICs are on record to avoid dividend withholding, and they are encouraged to convert physical shares into Book-Entry Form as per SECP regulations.
