The Lahore High Court has sanctioned the Scheme of Arrangement for the merger of LSE SPAC-I Limited (SPAC1) with and into Ningbo Green Light Energy Limited (NGLE).

Key Highlights

• Merger Details: SPAC1 will merge into NGLE, which will continue as the surviving entity. SPAC1 will stand dissolved without winding up.
• Swap Ratio: Shareholders of SPAC1 will receive 1.50 NGLE shares for every 1 SPAC1 share (or 150 NGLE shares for every 100 SPAC1 shares held).
• Listing: The tentative listing date for NGLE is October 26, 2026, subject to regulatory approvals.
• Trading Cessation: Trading in SPAC1 shares will cease after October 20, 2026.
