اپنا مائیکرو فنانس بینک لمیٹڈ (AMBL) نے اسٹاک ایکسچینج کو مطلع کیا ہے کہ بینک کے بورڈ آف ڈائریکٹرز کا اجلاس 28 اکتوبر 2026 کو لاہور میں منعقد ہوگا۔

اجلاس کے اہم مقاصد:
  • 30 ستمبر 2026 کو ختم ہونے والی سہ ماہی کے مالیاتی نتائج پر غور کرنا۔
  • ممکنہ ڈیویڈنڈ، بونس یا رائٹ شیئرز (اگر کوئی ہو) کا اعلان۔
کلوزڈ پیریڈ (Closed Period):
بینک نے PSX ریگولیشن 5.6.4 کے تحت 21 اکتوبر 2026 سے 28 اکتوبر 2026 تک کلوزڈ پیریڈ کا اعلان کیا ہے۔ اس عرصے کے دوران بینک کے حصص کی ٹریڈنگ پر پابندی ہوگی۔
