- 30 ستمبر 2026 کو ختم ہونے والی سہ ماہی کے لیے مالیاتی گوشواروں کی منظوری۔
- کمپنی کے دیگر کاروباری معاملات پر بحث۔
کلوزڈ پیریڈ (Closed Period)
کمپنی نے ریگولیشن 5.6.4 کے تحت 23 اکتوبر 2026 سے 30 اکتوبر 2026 تک کلوزڈ پیریڈ کا اعلان کیا ہے۔ اس دوران کمپنی کے ڈائریکٹرز، سی ای او اور ایگزیکٹوز کو حصص کی خرید و فروخت کی اجازت نہیں ہوگی۔

- To consider and approve the financial statements for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
- To discuss other business matters of the company.
Closed Period
The company has declared a Closed Period from October 23, 2026, to October 30, 2026, in compliance with PSX Regulation 5.6.4. During this period, no Director, CEO, or Executive shall directly or indirectly deal in the shares of the company.
