July 16, 2026 (MLN): Shifa International Hospitals Limited (PSX: SHFA) revealed that the Islamabad High Court has sanctioned the Scheme of Arrangement for the merger of Shifa Medical Center Islamabad (Pvt.) Limited (SMCI) with and into Shifa International Hospitals Limited (SIHL).

The approval was granted in Companies Original No. 02 of 2026, allowing the merger of SMCI into SIHL.
