LSE SPAC-II Limited (PSX: SPAC2) has successfully acquired 269,000 ordinary shares of M.P. Industries Limited (MPIL) for a total consideration of Rs180 million.
The acquisition follows shareholders' approval granted during the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 19, 2026. The payment for the investment was completed on September 24, 2026.
The company confirmed that the transaction was executed in full compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
