نِشات مِلز لمیٹڈ (PSX: NML) نے 30 جون 2026 کو ختم ہونے والے مالی سال کے مالیاتی نتائج کا اعلان کر دیا ہے، جس کے مطابق کمپنی کے بعد از ٹیکس منافع میں 9 فیصد کی کمی دیکھی گئی اور یہ گزشتہ سال کے 6.01 ارب روپے کے مقابلے میں کم ہو کر 5.48 ارب روپے ریکارڈ کیا گیا۔
بورڈ آف ڈائریکٹرز نے مالی سال 2026ء کے لیے 2.00 روپے فی حصص فائنل کیش ڈیویڈنڈ کی سفارش کی ہے۔ منافع میں کمی کی وجہ سے بنیادی اور ڈیلیوٹڈ فی حصص آمدنی (EPS) بھی 17.10 روپے سے کم ہو کر 15.59 روپے پر آ گئی۔
کمپنی کی خالص آمدنی (Net Revenue) 2 فیصد اضافے کے ساتھ 181.64 ارب روپے ہو گئی جبکہ فروخت کی براہ راست لاگت (Cost of Sales) 4 فیصد بڑھ کر 163.91 ارب روپے تک پہنچ گئی۔ انتظامی اور تقسیم کے اخراجات میں بھی اضافہ ریکارڈ کیا گیا جبکہ دوسری آمدنی (Other Income) میں 30 فیصد کی نمایاں کمی ہوئی۔ مالیاتی لاگت (Finance Cost) میں 24 فیصد کمی اور ٹیکس ریورسل کے باعث کمپنی کو کچھ ریلیف ملا۔

Nishat Mills Limited (PSX: NML) has announced its financial results for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026, reporting a 9% decline in net profit to Rs5.48bn compared to Rs6.01bn in the previous year.
Alongside the results, the board of directors recommended a final cash dividend of Rs2.00 per share. Basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) for the period decreased to Rs15.59 from Rs17.10 in FY25.
While net revenue grew by 2% to Rs181.64bn, higher cost of sales, increased operating overheads, and a 30% drop in other income weighed down the operating profit. However, a 24% reduction in finance costs and a substantial tax credit helped cushion the bottom-line compression.
