IGI Investments (Private) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of IGI Holdings Limited, has finalized the acquisition of a 98.31% stake in Akzo Nobel Pakistan Limited for Rs15.25 billion.

The transaction was completed following the fulfillment of corporate and regulatory requirements, including clearance from the Competition Commission of Pakistan (CCP), as per a notice sent to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).

Additionally, IGI Investments intends to acquire the remaining 1.69% stake held by minority shareholders through separate arrangements.
