سازگار انجینئرنگ ورکس لمیٹڈ (SAZEW) نے اپنے مستقبل کی کاروباری ضروریات کو پورا کرنے کے لیے لاہور کے مین رائے ونڈ روڈ پر تقریباً 867.75 ملین روپے کی زمین حاصل کر لی ہے۔
کمپنی کی جانب سے پاکستان اسٹاک ایکسچینج (PSX) کو بھیجی گئی اطلاع کے مطابق، خریدی گئی زمین کا رقبہ تقریباً 26.7 کنال ہے، جو کمپنی کے تھری وہیلر (Three Wheelers) یونٹ کے بالکل ساتھ واقع ہے۔
اس خریداری کی قیمت میں حادثاتی ٹیکسز (incidental taxes) اور دیگر اخراجات شامل نہیں ہیں۔ یہ اقدام کمپنی کی طویل مدتی توسیعی حکمت عملی کا حصہ ہے۔
Sazgar Engineering Works Limited (PSX: SAZEW) has purchased a parcel of land valued at approximately Rs867.75 million on main Raiwind Road, Lahore, to meet its future business expansion requirements.
According to a notification sent to the Pakistan Stock Exchange, the plot measures nearly 26.7 kanals and is located adjacent to the company's existing Three Wheelers Unit.
The purchase value excludes incidental taxes and other transaction expenses. This strategic acquisition is aimed at supporting the company's long-term production capacity and operational scale.
