  • Purpose: To consider and approve the un-audited financial statements for the nine-months ended September 30, 2026.
Regulatory Update: The Company has declared a Closed Period from October 13, 2026, to October 19, 2026, in compliance with PSX Regulation 5.6.4.

The Board will review the financial performance of the fund and may also consider the declaration of any entitlement, such as dividends.
