First Paramount Modaraba (FPRM) has announced that the meeting of its Board of Directors, originally scheduled for 13 October 2026 to consider the annual audited financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2026, has been rescheduled.

  • New Meeting Date: The board meeting will now be held on Wednesday, 21 October 2026 at 03:00 p.m.
  • Closed Period: A "Closed Period" has been declared from 14 October 2026 to 21 October 2026 (both days inclusive) in accordance with Clause 5.6.4 of the PSX Regulations. During this time, directors and executives are prohibited from trading the company's certificates.
