نشان پاور لمیٹڈ (NPL) نے پاکستان اسٹاک ایکسچینج کو مطلع کیا ہے کہ کمپنی کے بورڈ آف ڈائریکٹرز کا اجلاس 27 اکتوبر 2026 کو سہ پہر 3:00 بجے منعقد ہوگا۔

اجلاس کا مقصد

اس اجلاس میں 30 ستمبر 2026 کو ختم ہونے والی پہلی سہ ماہی (Q1 FY27) کے غیر آڈٹ شدہ مالیاتی نتائج کا جائزہ لیا جائے گا۔

کلوزڈ پیریڈ (Closed Period)

کمپنی نے PSX ضوابط کے تحت 20 اکتوبر 2026 سے 27 اکتوبر 2026 تک 'کلوزڈ پیریڈ' کا اعلان کیا ہے۔ اس دوران کمپنی کے ڈائریکٹرز، سی ای او اور ایگزیکٹوز کسی بھی طرح سے کمپنی کے شیئرز کی خرید و فروخت نہیں کر سکیں گے۔
