پاکستان ریفائنری لمیٹڈ (PRL) نے اعلان کیا ہے کہ 15 ستمبر 2026 کے نوٹس میں اعلان کردہ سالانہ جنرل اجلاس (AGM) کو ملتوی کر دیا گیا ہے۔

  • نئی تاریخ: AGM اب بدھ، 21 اکتوبر 2026 کو صبح 11 بجے منعقد ہوگا۔
  • مقام: ریفائنری کے احاطہ، کورنگی کریک روڈ، کراچی۔
  • شیئر ٹرانسفر بکس: شیئر ٹرانسفر بکس 15 اکتوبر 2026 سے 21 اکتوبر 2026 تک بند رہیں گی۔
  • نامزدگی کاغذات: ڈائریکٹرز کے انتخاب کے لیے جمع کرائے گئے کاغذات بدستور درست رہیں گے اور 6 اکتوبر 2026 تک مزید کاغذات قبول کیے جائیں گے۔

Pakistan Refinery Limited (PRL) has announced the rescheduling of its Annual General Meeting (AGM) previously scheduled for September 15, 2026. The meeting has been postponed due to administrative reasons.

  • New AGM Date: Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.
  • Location: Premises of the Refinery, Korangi Creek Road, Karachi.
  • Book Closure: The Share Transfer Books will remain closed from October 15, 2026, to October 21, 2026 (inclusive).
  • Election of Directors: Nomination papers and Consent forms already submitted remain valid. The company will continue to accept new nominations until the cut-off date of October 6, 2026.
