مغل انرجی لمیٹڈ (GEM) نے کمپنیز ایکٹ 2017 اور کمپنیز ریگولیشنز 2024 کے تحت اپنے شیئر ہولڈرز کو ایک نوٹس جاری کیا ہے۔
نوٹس کی تفصیلات
کمپنی نے ریگولیشن 48 کے مطابق ان تمام ممبران سے الٹیمیٹ بینیفیشل اونرز (UBO) کی تفصیلات فراہم کرنے کو کہا ہے جو کمپنی میں براہ راست 5 فیصد یا اس سے زائد حصص رکھتے ہیں۔
- تقاضا: UBO کی شناخت اور تفصیلات (نام، ولدیت، CNIC، قومیت، رہائشی پتہ)۔
- وقت: یہ تفصیلات نوٹس کی تاریخ کے 14 دن کے اندر جمع کروانی ہوں گی۔
- مقصد: ریگولیٹری تقاضوں کی تعمیل کو یقینی بنانا۔
اگر کوئی ممبر براہ راست حصص نہیں رکھتا، تو اسے ان افراد کی تفصیلات فراہم کرنی ہوں گی جن کے بیلف پر وہ یہ حصص سنبھالے ہوئے ہے۔
Mughal Energy Limited (GEM) has issued a formal notice to its shareholders to provide particulars of Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBO) in compliance with the Companies Act, 2017, and the Companies Regulations, 2024.
Key Regulatory Requirements
In accordance with Regulation 48, members directly holding at least 5% of the company's shares are required to submit a declaration providing information on the UBO(s) as defined by the regulations.
- Required Details: Name, Father's Name, CNIC, Nationality, and usual residential address.
- Submission Deadline: Within 14 days from the date of the notice.
- Scope: Includes those holding shares on behalf of others if they do not hold beneficial interest themselves.
Failure to provide this information will result in the company proceeding in the matter without further notice as per the provisions of the Act and Regulations.
